By accessing or using the services provided by Vum Cloud Security Services (“Vum Cloud,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to CCTV installations, smart doors, solar systems, intercoms, remote monitoring, and IT systems (“Services”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services.
Vum Cloud offers a range of security solutions designed for both residential and commercial applications. Our Services include:
CCTV Installation and Maintenance: Surveillance systems tailored to your property needs.
Smart Door Systems: Advanced entry solutions integrating security and convenience.
Solar Energy Solutions: Sustainable energy options to power security systems.
Intercom Systems: Communication solutions for secure premises.
Remote Monitoring Services: Real-time surveillance accessible from anywhere.
IT Systems Integration: Customized IT solutions to enhance security infrastructure.
As a Customer, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the service request process.
Ensure that the installation site is accessible and safe for our technicians.
Comply with all local laws and regulations related to the installation and use of our Services.
Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided by Vum Cloud.
Pricing: All prices for our Services are as quoted at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified by Vum Cloud.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees as detailed in the invoice.
Vum Cloud is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Vum Cloud and our Services are owned by Vum Cloud or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vum Cloud’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vum Cloud operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Vum Cloud reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will become effective immediately upon posting.
